What a sequence ...

Find the next number in the sequence:

Something tells me it isn't 70.

I agree with chris, 70 looks favourite at first glance but surely it isn't that simple?

It's curious that the sequence jumps from 6 to 30, that might be a clue to the solution but I'm not sure how.

The answer is 2000. When you spell out the numbers they do not have the letter E. the next number with no E is 2000.

This was is pretty easy, only if u would have heard of it before.

The next numbers are..
2000, 2002, 2004, 2006, 2030
and so on..
