What is something you can do in New York, NY, but not in Charlotte, NC.
You can do it in Chicago, Atlanta, and Oakland, but not in Little Rock, Oklahoma City or Montpelier.
You can also do it in Miami, Pittsburgh and Montreal, but not in Salt Lake City, Montgomery or Vancouver.

Montreal has no MLB franchise. The Blue Jays play in Toronto.
I'm guessing it has something to do with the letters in the names of the cities?
I'm currently thinking something to do with Song or TV programme being set in those places, or maybe a stage show ?
Unless it's got something to do with a donkey (I told you not to mention the donkey !)
