A 10-digit Number

Can you find a 10-digit number such that:

1. it has m digits between the m's, n digits between the n's, and so forth

2. its first digit is a prime number

3. the 2 digit number formed by its 2nd and 3rd digit is also a prime

4. the 3 digit number formed by its 4th, 5th, and 6th digits is 3 times a prime

5. and the 4 digit number formed by its last 4 digits is also a prime

Find the number.

I suppose there were likely to be more, I just took the first in the list that matched the criteria. Admittedly, I did spend the first few minutes looking for a palindromic prime with 10 digits, but there weren't that many, nd none fitted the criteria!
