"FIRST POST" is nine letters, and it is also two words not one. JK

I have no idea what the actuall answer is. For all i know, it could be "FIRST POST".

If all else fails, it may very well be fortytwo. If you read Douglas Adams' Hitchhiker's trilogy. (Hitchhiker's guide Mark II is a bird, also a black hole-like thingy, dark, I think two or four dimensional (hey! four, two, 4, 2, 42!)

Maybe... Birdbird?

I think it's DAWN____ where the ____ is some bird. Or maybe ____dawn.

But I can't find a bird that would complete it, maybe it's Dawnbird.

This side or that, sounds like heads or tails... sounds like heads or tails... a coin. not hard... maybe gold. Bird... An eagle? Golden Eagle? To many letters. What does "day break light"? mean? Dawn?
Could it be the gold color?

So whats the answer?

I believe the first sentence is referring to a coin.
The second sentence with "day break light" and "its not so hard" I would say is referring to gold.

Put them together and you get goldcoin

Then the problem is that goldcoin isn't one word, it should be two words.

I know this isn't the answer and I agree with the gold coin one, but the beginnings of both lines sound like Noah's arc to me. This side or that is when he was sorting out the animals on his boat and day break light sounds like right after the storm stopped and the dove came back.

I believe the anonymous four posts up got it. Its an egg "This Side or That Side," refers to sunny side up or not. Half of an egg would have been a bird. "There comes the day break light," refers to it being sunny side up. "its not so hard" - it is not hard boiled
