A man is dying and the attendence was there to help him.
He was constantly bleeding to death,
and the attendence tried to take off his shirt to treat the wound.
But he couldn't either unzip nor unbutton his shirt.

Maybe shirt inaccessible because wearing suit of armour or deeep sea diving suit of some such?

if he is constantly bleeding to death... that means he is dead...
he's bleeding from his back...so he was lying down on his stomach...how could u unzip a man if hes lying on his stomach.
If he was constantly bleeding to death than you can not treat the wound
hE wasn't wearing a shirt.
