Murder Mystery
One the morning of July 17 The body of Rick litopale was found on his apartment floor; there were only 3 suspects Julie Litopale, his wife, Felix roberston, a friend, and Lynda litopale, his mom. Here are their allibi's
Julie was trying to remember as she was looking at her shoes to her left, Well I came home from work, as usual, and I found my husbands body on the floor, I check and he wasn't breathing, so I called the Police, he had told me before I left, Felix and his mom was coming over later.
Felix came over after I had called him, he said, Well I had come over and had a few beers and I left
His mom said well I had just come over to see my son after a couple of years when I went to Europe.
Well everyone's allibi seems air-tight, can you help solve the murder?

Wait it says one morning he was found dead but his wife came back from work so either she works at night or that has something to do with the riddle
I think it was the mom...she's the only one that didn't leave.
i think the wife killed him and either hid the weapon in the shoe or she somehow used the shoe to kill him.
because if the mom killed him she would have called the police and said that she found her son dead and that his friend had visited him just before.

I think it might have something to do with the fact that it was July 17, or that his mother just got back from Europe, or both.
It would be a lot easier to understand if it had better English.

Why isn't the wife still wearing her shoes? Does that have anything to do with it?
julie didn't fo it, because she called the police and looking at her shoes to the left doesn't mean anything. I think it was Felix because the two pals were deinking, and maybe rick didn't stop, got alcohol poisioning, and died. This is saying that Julie works all night and comes home in th morning.

Both Julie and Felix were in cahoots. Together, they killed her husband. Yes looking to your left and down when being asked a question is a body language sign of creating an answer (usually when you are lying). Having said that, I believe that she and Felix are having an affair, and her husband was in the way.
First off, Eric please use semicolons and quotation marks where applicable. It makes reading the question far easier. Thank you.

1) Aft finding hubby dead, IF Wife Julie called Friend Felix BEFORE calling Police:
This seems almost impossible, unless there's a special relationship between Julie & Felix.
2) IF Julie called Felix AFTER calling Police:
This seems unlikely, unless Julie is a private detective, or there's a special relationship between Julie & Felix.
Besides, Police would show up before Felix does. So, it would've been Police questioning Felix, rather than Julie asking a Friend, doing a detective's job.
3) Since Para (1) is more likely, it points to that both Julie and Felix are prime suspects.
4) Para (1) indicates 2 killers, Primary Julie, 2ndry Felix.
5) Para (2) indicates 1 killer Julie, and Felix knows about it...
Check phone records, pls?
6) Mom Lynda could have arrived before or aft Felix showed up for beers.
7) If Lynda arrived when Felix was there, then Lynda would've mentioned Felix.
8) In each case, Lynda could've been sleeping in bedroom during the murder, therefore, innocent. To completely solve this case, we need to question Lynda:
"What time did you arrive from airport?"
"Did taxi driver help you unload?"
"Were both Rick and Felix home? Or, just Rick?"
"Do you know Felix?"
"Where were you and what were you doing, aft arriving home this morning?"
Para (8) helps us identify: 2 or 3 murderers? Detective Shark

1) If she called Friend Felix before calling Police (strange), then there must be a special relationship between Julie and Felix.
Felix came over, facing a dead body. Certainly would not leave. And would coach Julie how to tell stories to Police.
This indicates 2 suspects. Julie was Primary Killer. Felix knew about why she killed her hubby – an affair.
2) If she called Felix aft calling Police, then Police must have arrived b4 Felix. How come Julie would play detective, when it was Police’s job to question Felix?
3) Para (1) would be the most likely case. However, it’s slightly possible that Felix might have arrived b4 Police showed up.
Check Ph Co for ph time-log, pls?
Also, check Felix’s address to see how fast he could travel to the murder site?
4) Note 1: If Felix physically participated the killing, then Julie would not have called Felix to come over again. No, Felix was not physically involved with the killing. Yet, legally he is part of the conspiracy.
Note 2: Since Julie is a liar, then nothing she said can be trusted. Therefore, there is still possibility that both Julie and Felix killed Rick, then Julie tried to help Felix escape from responsibility.
Note 3: By the same token, since nothing Julie said can be trusted, it’s also possible: all 3 killed Rick, then Julie tried to help Lynda get out of it.
5) Mom Lynda might be sleeping without knowing what was going on. Ask Lynda:

6) Above questions would help us identify whether Lynda was innocent. Hence, identify: other than the fact that there was at least 1 Killer Julie, were there 2 in conspiracy, including Felix? Or 3 in conspiracy, including Lynda? 1 Killer? 2 Killers? 3 Killers? (Or maybe 4 Suspects, including taxi driver.) Shark

what is the report of postmartem what is the time of death and what is the reson of death then we can solve who one murder.
personally, i couldn't understand this at all. i didn't know whether people were talking or not because this dude didn't put quotation marks, semicolons, periods, or any other quotation marks.
1.The person Julie is talking to is the killer... She and this other person lets call him/her the hit person.... co-conspired...
2. Julie is giving all of these alibi's
3. No on said anything about the mom Lynda ever leaving after coming to see her son after years.
4. Felix who knows what to say about him... :/
5. Felix probably tried to get Rick drunk to persuade and intoxicate him to make the killing easy... or to frame him... Mom comes over and says son Ihavent seen you in so long let me cook for you... and whips up a batch of posion... he eats it and doesnt die immediately... felix leaves to go get Julie. Julie comes home and the poison finally takes and she turns to the mom and goes We got him.... Then she makes up the alibi's a calls the cops... and Felix to let him know whats going on... And know we are here trying to make sense of this whole thing. smh
it is all about the rigor mortis and the "alibi's" which really threw me off sad to say. the rigor part deals with the morning and the date which is in the summer time so rm will set in faster. so if the wife did it then she just incriminated herslef because the time of date would place her at the house. Or felix did and knowing about the rigor mortis(rm) would have incriminated the wife because it says morning not daylight. Morniing deals with am so if the wife left from around 6or 7 and felix came over maybe 8 and killed him then the rm would make the wife seem giutly. Since the wife comes how between 12am - 11am that when she found and him and has to be killed before then if felix wants to get away with it.
I forgot to ad in my comment above this one the 6 or 7 and 8 part is all pm because the wife works in the afternoon so he and the husband would be alone.
Looking to the left is a sign of lying. Either the wife killed him, knows who did, or is involved.
Well First of all I think the Mom killed him. Doesn't it seem wierd that out of the blue she just came to "visit" her son after a few years in Europe.

First of all, the fact that she looked down and to the left at her shoes doesn't matter. The body may have been in the bedroom and she takes of her shoes when she enters the house. As far as the statement goes it is a DOWN RIGHT liar.
what really matters is that she knew that the mom-in-law was coming over and that felix also came over.
The mom was traveling and on arrival back she just popped up at her son house. Wifey couldn't have know that
After felix came over to the detective when he was called he told the detective that just came over and had a few beers.
In both the mom and friend allibi there was no preplanned visits just pop up visits that the wife couldn't have known before work unless the husband called and told her that they visited while she was at work.
After reading the story again. only one allibi was really taken and that was the wife's and she had alot of loopholes.
The shoes don't matter unless those were the murder weapon. The wife called the friend to tell him the new and and told the police what he said.
I assume that she also called the mother and found out that she cameover also.
I still say that even if you read the story this way the wife still couldn't have know bout the friend and mothers pop up visit before work because they didn't even know

I agree with kaim381. There isn't much of a possibility that the wife could have known - especially with Felix's alibi. He came over to have a few beers - why would the husband tell her that? I doubt that was even planned anyway. But I'm not saying this as a fact. Who knows?
Also, why are her shoes off? Does that have anything to do with it?
PS. Eric, control your temper! This website being a riddle website does not change the fact that using semicolons and quotation marks would have been helpful. There was no need to be so harsh about it.

A ninja came in when every one was gone killed him and left, since he was a ninja no one ever suspected him therefor none of the people are lying and they dont know what happened
when do we get the answer?
Clue: it may not be one of the 3 suspects, Whoever goes by the name of Miss is very close to solving it.
