well it says its a "thing" that "speaks" so u can rule out such things like music, echo, love, clock etc. Im just confused as to why it says "the fact". I would assume this is the most important clue. Usually the simplest answer is the best... unfortunately im not simple so i have no clue!

The mouth in general speaks all languages. Sign language although it is a language is not a spoken language. So it cannot make the statement false.
