It still doesn't make since..
If you shift back 17 you get
BXPG KVBB JXTL VNWF THX
If you shift forward 17 you get
JFXO SDJJ RFBT DVEN BPF
neither of those blocked out in 4x4 reads anything..
In fact, a shift of any number gives nothing coherent.

actually the shift is right.. i screwed up the box. if Q=A (shift 17) then it would be right..
shouldve said "I came I saw I conquered!"
